Have you at least seen enough to know what the 3 Vox units are? But I'm still nominating it.

This reply is pretty much mainly to Karma but goes for anyone else bashing Kämpfer. Look, there are PLENTY of anime that people can bash that you yourself like, I said it before and I'll say it again, you wouldn't want someone bashing the anime that you like/love and Karma it is VERY wrong to sit there and insult others for what they like and even insulting the creator too none the less. Karma, respect people, their opinions and the anime/stuff they like please. While I don't agree with yours and Maddy's opinion of Kämpfer I do respect your opinion by not arguing with you on it. All I am asking is to simply be respectful to people's opinions, feelings, the anime/stuff they like etc. and that also means you can hate Kämpfer all you want, just stop bashing it is all I am asking. I know that's a lot to ask of you in particular Karma but I know you can do it.

calm down man I’m not hating on Kampfer. I just said having both Akane and Kaede seemed a bit much. Especially since it’s an anime that really doesn’t have much popularity so it just seems pointless to nominate both of them. Plus Nominationg Kaede is requires a spoiler so thats also a bit of an issue. “Me and Ginger nominated them because we like them just like how everyone else nominated theirs” Actually while I like Rozalin I don’t nominate someone unless I feel they stand a chance. It’s not that I expect her to win the entire thing. But unless she has the misfortune of going against one of the best early on she ought to last a round of two. It’s just that IMO this isn’t a “OH look this is my favorite character! Now you must all agree with me” contest. It’s to vote on who best fits the theme. So I just don’t think someone should nominate a character just because they like them but because they think that character is well suited to the theme. So again not hating on Kampfer at all and not saying either nomination isn’t valid. I’m just saying we really didn’t need both those nominations. Akane was more than enough to represent Kampfer in this competition. and it’s more fun when there is more variety. Remember during Maygical and the Fairy Tail problem? Since everyone is Fairy Tail uses magic pretty much every character qualified and we were getting far to many Fairy Tail nominations. I changed my nomination to reduce it and people started to stay away from fairy tail once most people agreed we had enough. So it’s good to also focus on variety. It just makes things more fun. But anyway calm down, people are going to hate the show. Although IMO the show isn’t THAT bad. I certainly woudln’t call it my favorite and find natsuru to be the worst example of a harem protagonist but overall I’ve seen plenty of anime MUCH worse.


I see no rule that states we can't nominate more than 1 character from an anime and if such a rule ever exists it should be no more than a 3 characters from an anime rule since any more is oo much and any less wouldn't be fair since 3 is a fairly used number. Further more you contradict what you said. If they qualify for the competition then they also fit with the theme. It's not about "who fits best" but about who is qualified for the competition. Also yes I know not every one nominates based on them liking their nomination but I would imagine most do.

Also I believe I clearly said I wasn't mad or anything and so I WAS calm as I am now. You can't calm down if you're not upset or whatever to be able to calm down. Also I wasn't referring to you as a Kämpfer hater. Still what you said wasn't right imo. Lastly about the Kämpfer fan base, there is actually a decent amount of Kämpfer fans, it's just we're spread about here and there and it doesn't help that Kämpfer isn't as well known as other anime are. If it was there'd be even more Kämpfer fans as well as sadly more Kämpfer haters. So yeah, plenty of Kämpfer fans but I would like there to be a TON more.

Also *facepalm* you just don't get it. I'm not saying "Your broke the rules by nominating those two" I'm just saying "You really shouldn't have nominated both of them". That is all. One of them is a spoiler just by being in this competition which is part of the reason I'd saying this and also Kampfer just doesn't seem big enough to warrant two. I mean counting those you there is maybe one other gun user. So it just seems unneeded and that another choice would have been better. For the record I'm a mild fan of the show. I kinda hate the MC but the overall show was okay IMO so I'm not hating it just seems like Kaede really isn't needed for various reasons.

On the rest of the argument, people have been nominating some really out there anime, so I'm not sure that having two from Kampfer, which most people have at least heard of, is really that bad.  It was by no means necessary like the number of people nominated from fairy tail last month, but it doesn't seem as bad as it could be.  I mean yes, that spot could have gone to somebody like Hawkeye, but really most of the time that spot would have been filled with somebody of lesser note than even the second kampfer character.

 

Going back to old posts to spout long post rage is not ok.
We stopped talking about how bad and hideous Kampfer some time ago.
It's ok now, rest easy.

Plus Rin was in the cat girl competition and someone had to go and spoil it for me by saying something about her because of a baka argument and thanks to that, though I've not seen LB and though it was a while back and I've been hoping I'd forget that comment, I haven't. (Thanks whoever baka spoiled it for me. ) You Meta are starting something which shouldn't be started. You alone have already dropped hints here and there while I went about it in the most discreet way as possible. I admit I didn't want to nominate Sakura-san for that very reason alone however Akane was already taken along with every other one that I would have nominated.  So yeah, Meta, please quit talking about Sakura-san if it gives any further spoilers away. I'm being as discreet about this as possible. Please do the same by not mentioning it. Thanks. And again, not mad incase you thought I was.

@Karma: FYI I've not been in this site for days now other than a few PMs/mentions that is. Been too busy. Today I am catching up and responding to any and all things I need/feel/want to respond too. Yeah I guess it could be worse but I could easily come up with a dozen more fitting..... but anyway I wasn't saying it was that bad just it was really a waste of time. Nominating so many from Fairy Tail was pointless as well that is why I changed mine (At first I nominated Erza). So I was just trying to encourage a little more variety. Then make it clear I didn't mean any offense when Natsuru seemed angry at my post.

And yeah, I think we should definitely be avoiding nominating peoples if the reason for their nomination is a spoiler. I accidentally spoiled a pretty big joke for Red by asking if it were okay to nominate them for a future game.

Plz do not respond to this in this thread, at least go to vms...  This is more for everyone other than Natsuru.  The reason why I'm not giving Karma a warning for trolling is because it's arguable that he is not.  He may just be very vocal without an idea of when to stop.  However even if that's the case, if you don't let him get your goat, then the convo ends and we stop this.

So that's why I'm saying this but not doing anything.
