The official Twitter account for Frontwing and PROTOTYPE's ISLAND visual novel announced on Thursday that the visual novel is getting a manga adaptation. Simsum Media Co., Ltd. published the first chapter of the manga on Thursday in the third issue of its Cosplay Channel magazine. Naoya Yao is drawing the manga, and Yao also posted a preview of the manga on Twitter.

Additionally, Berlin wa Kane manga artist NyaroMelon collaborated with Frontwing for a two-chapter ISLAND x Berlin wa Kane four-panel manga. Akita Shoten published the second chapter on Thursday on its "Champion Tappu!" online manga site.

Frontwing plans to release the visual novel on PC on April 28, on the PlayStation Vita in May, and on Android devices sometime this year. Frontwing had announced in December that it is considering an overseas release for the game. The game is also receiving a television anime adaptation.
