What's the next Manga for the club?

 

not sure yet. I figured we'd vote on it once the move to this forum was complete. No point in doing it now before everyone is here. For now it's just free discussion.

Well we can certainly start planning. How should we go about it? I don't see any kind of poll system up so if we hold a vote like we did before we'll need to manage it ourselves. It could use the set up the new release club uses. First hold a nomination round then hold a voting round. Or do you have any suggestions on things we should do differently this time?

 

Just wondering but will there be a specific amount of chapters you should read daily? will we discuss a certain amount of the chapters after 1 week?

 

The amount of chapters of nominated manga will partly depend on the manga. Some have shorter chapters than others but generally about 4 or 6 will probably be it. That is easy enough to read but still cover enough to talk about.

 

I'm fairly new to manga in general, But i started out watching a lot of anime, but some series i just had to continue so i picked up reading manga, I haven't read much but I love reading it.

 

I didn't find this forum for the longest time, so I'm a little disoriented. Looks like everyone is reading Superior so I'll hop in and try to catch up.

 

Got the TMoHS manga recently, haven't read any manga before. Anything I should know about manga before I start, other than the whole right-to-left thing?

@Sporadic No I didn't forget but I got busy with summer class for a while and no one tried commenting on the assigned reading threads or anything so I'm just kinda at a loss of what to do honestly. I've tried to get events going several times (each time changing a couple things to make it easier for people) and yet people seem to stop participating after the first couple weeks at best. If you've got any ideas I'd be happy to try again but no one seems to stay interested for long. or if anyone else has any ideas we can try getting something new started.

But for now If a few people want to try again we could just pick up where the last event left off.
