Female Villians

Most of the villains in anime are male, but you don't hear or see to to many female villains. I started this thread on the temp forums.

Here's my list:
Medusa: Soul Eater
Janes (Jens): Cat Planet Cuties (Can't believe I forgot her on my original forum.)
Arachne: Soul Eater
Kagura: Inuyasha
Alvida: One Piece
Keito: Rosario+Vampire
Chloe: Spice and Wolf

 

Big Mom: One Piece

 

I know of a few characters that play fit that role.

Kanade from Angel Beats!. Both during the first half of the series and the episode with "Evil Tenshi".
The Alien Queen at the end of Battle Athletes Victory.
Dead Master in Black Rock Shooter... altho this one is debatable since it's so hard to know what the smeg's really going on in either the OVA or the TV series!
Diva from Blood+
Shivariel from Blue Drop.
Athena/Metis from Campione!

I could keep going but i keep coming across fem characters that i would consider villains but aren't the main villain or might be not considered villains cause their hearts aren't fully in the role (ie. they're being manipulated into the role by another character who is the main villain). Do those count? Cause i can add loads of them!

@sir-maddy: couldn't you say that any and all of the female characters from that anime play the villain's role at some point? Well aside from Rin.

 

Obviously the best one is Road Kamelot from D.Gray-man

Road is more complicated than that though, especially in the later chapters.  Granted that's a major problem with the later chapters, which is everyone starts getting complicated.

 

Hagoromo Gitsune from Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan, shes the only female villain i can think right now
