    After the server change I've noticed that the email notifications for my group aren't going out anymore. I also noticed @Mafiacow and @ThatRandomGinger mentioning the same problem in the Elimination Game thread. Not sure if you're aware of the issue already @DTRAdmin

    This is because the reverse DNS had to be set up by the new server provider and the old server has to be closed down as well, it will be a few days till it's sorted.

    It turns out it's even more of a problem than we thought. While we were setting up the server somebody piggybacked the mailserver to send junk and gmail and hotmail are now blocking us. I have requested that they remove the block but apparently this does take some time. I also sent a request for a new IP address for the mailserver but this new host hasn't responded which really sucks, I think they have taken a break for xmas which makes me angry because the sooner we get the IP the sooner the mailserver is fixed. And we were about to go public with DT which... I might just do anyway and turn off registrations till the email is working again.

    I'm using Gmail and am still receiving email notifications. Maybe it's a little hit and miss? =P

    I posted in another thread that this problem for me is fixed now. I just checked my spam folder, the e-mails were hiding in there! So I've moved them all into my inbox now! Problem solved for me!

    Perhaps it's just me, but I've not received any type of emails from DTR. I have checked my junk folder and nothing DTR related is there.

    Yup, I've got that issue too. Emails don't arrive, save for small bursts of outdated ones every now and then.
