Designer Battle?

I want to give this a go, to see how well I can design something and how it compares to someone else's. Anyone want to have a go at it? Perhaps a Christmas theme, under the 500x300 pixel limit?
(And just so you know, I will not be using what I rendered already for the Christmas Banners)

Known conditions:
-Christmas/holidays theme
-500 X 300 pixels, may deviate from this by 50 +/- pixels in either way
-Due date (subject to change for a better day) December 26, 2016.

I feel a bit uncertain about starting one of these, considering this is the first time I tried it.

I'll try to remember to make miss Serenity remember this (thought my memory is randomly selective =P ).

I'm not really sure how long these things take other people, but I was thinking no later than Christmas day, for maximum Christmas feel. But then again, people will be travelling around and untethered from their computers, so the amount of people actually checking out this or voting may be low.
Perhaps, as a one who has done these games before, you would know of a good day?

If December 26 is good, we can just go with that. That would give 8 days from today to do this, though.

 

Yea 8 days is perfect as theirs a lot going on right now so I haven't even managed to start lol. 26th seems fine, spor had some interest to so lets teleport him here @Sporadic
