Media distribution service Crunchyroll announced on Tuesday that it will stream the following anime for the summer simulcast season:
    • A Centaur's Life, launching worldwide outside of Asia on July 9 at 10:30 a.m. EDT
    • Classroom of the Elite, launching worldwide outside of Asia on July 12 at 12:00 p.m. EDT
    • Restaurant to Another World, launching worldwide outside of Asia on July 3 at 2:05 p.m. EDT
    • Saiyuki Reload Blast, premiering worldwide outside of Asia on July 5 at 11:00 a.m. EDT
In addition, the platform will stream the Japanese dub of Rooster Teeth's anime-style web series RWBY with English subtitles. Crunchyroll has not yet announced the release date.

A Centaur's Life (Centaur no Nayami or Centaur's Worries) adapts Kei Murayama's ongoing manga. The television anime will air from July to September with 12 episodes.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga, and it describes the story:

Being a teenager is never easy...especially for a centaur! Himeno is a sweet, shy girl, who like many teens her age, struggles with the trials and tribulations of attending high school. The difference is she's a centaur; but she's not alone. In fact, all of her classmates are supernatural creatures, sporting either horns, wings, tails, halos, or some other unearthly body appendage. Yet despite their fantastical natures, Himeno and her best friends—the dragon-winged Nozomi, and Kyoko with her spiraled horns—are down-to-earth, fun- loving teenagers who grapple with issues of life and love in a mostly normal daily school setting.

Fumitoshi Oizaki (AOKANA: Four Rhythm Across the Blue, Etotama) is the anime's general director, while Naoyuki Konno (togainu no chi - Bloody Curs) is directing the anime at Emon Animation Company.

Classroom of the Elite is the television anime adaptation of author Syohgo Kinugasa and illustrator Shunsaku Tomose's Yōkoso Jitsuryoku Shijō Shugi no Kyōshitsu e (Welcome to the Classroom of the Supreme Ability Doctrine or "Yō Jitsu") light novel series. The series will premiere on AT-X on July 12 at 11:30 p.m. before premiering later that evening on Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, KBS Kyoto, Sun TV, and TVQ Kyushu Broadcasting. The series will premiere on BS11 on July 14.

    Crunchryroll describes the story:

Ayanokouji Kiyotaka has just enrolled at Tokyo Koudo Ikusei Senior High School, where it's said that 100% of students go on to college or find employment. But he ends up in Class 1-D, which is full of all the school's problem children. What's more, every month, the school awards students points with a cash value of 100,000 yen, and the classes employ a laissez-faire policy in which talking, sleeping, and even sabotage are permitted during class. But among all the students who lead such self-indulgent lives, there is one who disagrees with it all and chooses to remain solitary, avoiding contact with others: the beautiful Horikita Suzune. She has figured out that, even though the school gives students huge amounts of money, it also offers many means of "assistance for students with no money." One month later, Ayanokouji, Horikita, and the students of Class D learn the truth of the system in place within their school...

Seiji Kishi (Assassination Classroom, Persona 4 The Animation, Yuki Yuna Is a Hero) and Hiroyuki Hashimoto (Magical Girl Raising Project, both seasons of Is the order a rabbit?) are directing the series at studio Lerche. Aoi Akashiro (Fuuka, KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!!) is handling the series composition, and Kazuaki Morita (Tsuki ga Kirei, Danganronpa The Animation, Assassination Classroom) is designing the characters.

Restaurant to Another World (Isekai Shokudō) adapts Junpei Inuzuka's light novel series. The series will premiere on TV Tokyo on July 3 late at night at 1:35 a.m. (effectively on July 4), before airing on AT-X and BS Japan.

    Crunchyroll describes the story:

There is a certain restaurant in the first basement level of a multi-tenant building in one corner of a shopping street near the office district. The historical 70-year-old restaurant, marked by a sign with a picture of a cat, is called "Western Cuisine Nekoya." This restaurant looks completely normal through the week, but on Saturdays, it opens in secret exclusively to some very unique guests. During these hours, doors in various areas of a parallel world open to allow customers of many different races and cultures into the restaurant. This "Restaurant to Another World" and its food hold an exotic charm to these highly diverse customers. This is a story of the heartwarming, once-in-a-lifetime encounters between our reality and another world, between the restaurant's customers and its owner, and the food shared among them all.

Masato Jinbo (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya 3rei!!, Chaos;Child) is directing the anime at SILVER LINK, and is also supervising the series' scripts. Takao Sano (Chitose Get You!!, Shomin Sample, Nurse Witch Komugi R) and Keiichi Sano (Heaven's Memo Pad, Strike the Blood, Absolute Duo) are adapting Katsumi Inami's original character designs for animation.

Kazuya Minekura's original Saiyuki Reload Blast manga is a sequel to her earlier Saiyuki and Saiyuki Reload manga series. The anime adaptation will premiere in Japan on July 5 on AT-X at 10:30 p.m., and will then air on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, TV Aichi, and BS11. The anime will also stream online in Japan on AbemaTV, Niconico Livestream, GyaO!, Rakuten ShowTime, Video Market, Bandai Channel, Niconico Channel, GyaO! Store, dAnime Store, U-NEXT, Anime Hōdai, and dTV. The anime will have 12 episodes.

The anime will be the first Saiyuki anime that Pierrot will not be animating. Platinum Vision (Servamp) is animating the project. Hideaki Nakano is directing the anime, with Kenji Konuta (Library War, Ace of Diamond, Blood Lad) supervising the scripts. Both have worked together in the same positions on the Aoharu x Machinegun and Servamp anime. Youko Satou (Dog & Scissors) is handling the character designs. Luck Life is performing the ending theme song "Refrain."

The original Saiyuki manga inspired a 1999 OVA and a 2000 television anime adaptation, as well as a sequel film and OVA. Saiyuki Reload inspired two anime adaptations and a prequel OVA. Most recently, the Saiyuki Gaiden prequel manga inspired an OVA adaptation in 2011. A stage musical adaptation of the manga ran in Tokyo in September 2015.
