Crunchyroll Adds Hero Tales, Shigurui, Tenchi in Tokyo, Noir, More Kaleido Star to Catalog

    Crunchyroll announced on Tuesday that it has added the Hero Talesand Shigurui: Death Frenzy anime series to its catalog.

    Crunchyroll also announced on Thursday that it added the Noir, Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi in Tokyo, and Kaleido Star: New Wings anime series to its catalog.

    Hero Tales is available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Shigurui: Death Frenzy is available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

    Noir is available in the United States, Canada, and South Africa. Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi in Tokyo and Kaleido Star: New Wings are available in the United States and Canada.

    Funimation previously released Hero Tales on DVD in 2011-2012 and Shigurui: Death Frenzy on DVD and Blu-ray Disc in 2009.

    ADV Films released Noir on DVD starting in 2003. Funimation later released the series on DVD in 2011 and on Blu-ray Disc in 2015.

    Geneon Entertainment Inc. released Tenchi Muyo! Tenchi in Tokyo on home video starting 1999 (with rereleases in 2004-2007) while ADV Films released Kaleido Star: New Wings in 2006-2008. Funimation later released both series on DVD.
