Chica Umino's Exhibit To Offer Exclusive Bonus March Comes In Like A Lion Manga

The staff of the "Chika Umino's World" exhibit announced on Thursday that those who visit the exhibit when it opens again in Tokyo will receive a special March comes in like a lion "volume 13.1" manga. Each guest will receive one copy while supplies last.

The exhibit began in Tokyo in August 2016 and has toured Japan. It will return to Tokyo, at MATSUYA GINZA, for the first time in two years on July 19.

Umino started the award-winning series in Young Animal in 2007, and Hakusensha will release the 13th compiled volume on September 29. The manga inspired two 22-episode anime seasons in 2016 and 2017.

The story follows Rei, a solitary player of shōgi (a Japanese board game related to Western chess), and his relationships with a neighboring family. He becomes acquainted with Akari, and two young girls, Hinata and Momo, who also have have a large number of cats.
