Brave Witches Anime's Unaired 13th Episode Previewed in TV Ad

Kadokawa began streaming a television ad on Thursday for the unaired 13th episode of the Brave Witches anime series. The episode will debut on May 13 in 11 theaters across Japan.

The 12th and final episode of the anime announced in December that the 13th episode would screen in theaters. In addition to the theatrical release, the episode will ship with the series' seventh DVD and Blu-ray Disc release, which is slated for August 25 after a delay.

The episode is titled "Petersburg Dai Senryaku" (Petersburg Great Strategy), and the story takes place between episodes seven and eight. In December, Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen and Sanya V. Litvyak of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing are carrying supplies to the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing. They take a break at the Petersburg base until the new year, and are having a good time with the members of the 502nd until the Neuroi attack.

The anime premiered on October 5. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.​
