See I actually like Honoka somewhat, she'd be my 4th or 5th place tied with Rin. I hated Hanayo, she wanted help all the time, she was whiny and really didn't leave a good impression on me at all.
I was surprised that it wasn't the newest Nozomi. Although right now I'd have preferred her, this Kotori's ability sound is a very high pitched "HAIIIII". God it sucks......

Rewatching though, it's really Honk who's the whiner. She's so annoying and selfish and µ's could do without her.

I agree to some degree, but without Honoka µ's wouldn't really be a thing. Umi would have been a social outcast and probably wouldn't even be a character in the franchise. Otonokizaka might have shut down. Too many possibilities.
I want a good character's UR, is that so much to ask for?

If it is any consolation, the movie seems to suggest that she tries by herself and doesn't make it anywhere. Surely that helps you a little, but without any hints for the others who knows what the µ's girls future holds
