    Lucy may be more deadly but technically speaking Momiji is scarrier. She can turn into a giant floating ghost head, summon a small army of undead, and curse you with misfortune. Lucy just rips people apart with invisible arms or whatever those things are and while that is deadly I'd be more scared of the floating ghost head with the zombie army that can curse me than the girl who looks completely normal besides the small horns.

    Just to be clear since this is "Spooktember" I figured the criteria to judge by would be whoever is spookier. Meaning not the most evil or most deadly but just who scares you. Ideally without ever even touching you because anyone can make you fear then by beating the shit out of you or killing other in front of you. That is just kinda what I'm going with.

    yeah she is. It's soffened by the fact that it's a gag comedy series but if you met her in the real world and she did half the things she does in the manga it would freak you out.

    Depends. Do you like Comedies that use a lot of references? It's not completely dependant on references in fact I don't think even half the jokes are reffrences but they are there. Especially early on I remember there being quite a few while later on there were less. Although most of the references are pretty famous ones (Like DBZ and Death Note for example) so even when you do see a reference you shouldn't see too many that you won't get. The plot to the show is pretty good to so it's not an episodic comedy but it's still very much a comedy.

    Personally I really liked it and if you watch it and like it I highly recommend reading the manga because the anime doesn't finish the story.
