    Zipang was interesting, more so because I like military history and have a general idea of military capabilities of a modern AEGIS Cruiser versus WWII technology. That was cool even if the anime was unfinished. Probably better that way, the whole historical rewrite can only go so far until it gets unreal.

    Next up...think I'll try that Persona 4 anime. I like the game well enough.

    finished samurai 7. it was alright.

    watched the latest ep of one piece and its a flash back for chopper. now i have to say i have to stop here to let the eps pile up.

    I just started Sankarea. It seeems really interesting. The storyboard is good as each episode ends on a legit cliffhanger despite not really being a DRAMA. More like "how does he deal with this new issue" makes me wana keep watching.

    Just finished mob psycho.
    Also watching assassination classroom (getting kinda boring)
    And the 2nd season of Magical Index because i forgot about that show after the 1st season

    Kobayashi-san chi no Maid, still watching and still enjoying it so far. Kanna is best girl of 2017 by far.

    This is very true. But the year has only just begun, so we'll see who comes next. Although for me best dragon goes to Fafnir.

    I'm halfway through the Ikki Tousen Xtreme Xecutor series. And saw Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid's first two episodes.

    Just watched the latest episode of "Minami Kamakura Koukou Joshi Jitensha-bu" and it was good. This anime has some very nice artwork and the anime itself hasn't been that bad and it's been pretty enjoyable it's been decent. I have to say that i've been enjoying the second half of it a little more than the first half.

    So today I grew bored after watching all my new releases and it lead me to watching something that I regret. @ThatRandomGinger I believe it was you I dared to watch Issho ni Training with Hinako with me a few years ago. Well today I watched the third and final OVA of that to finish that "franchise". Sleeping with Hinako.... 45 minutes of watching the scantily clad titular character sleep.... I was playing Moon at the same time to evolve some things. I also took a break for dinner in the middle of it. It was definitely something harder to watch. I don't think I'd have been able to do it all at once if I was paying full attention to it.

    I also watched the shounen ai OVA This boy can fight aliens [I can never remember its Japanese name]. It wasn't nearly as filled with boy x boy vibes as I was expecting it to be. The animation was something, almost Shaft like with how it cut away from the characters at times, but apart from that there was nothing worth watching included.

    just watched GitS 1995 and GitS: Innocence and my head is hurting. i can deal with science stuff and word play quite right but not deep philosophical stuff. knowing me, im in for more.

    @Supernatural-Knight I remember this! We need to do anime trades more, although everything i would recommend you probably already seen

    As for watching with the new season of Samurai Jack, I've gone back to watching my childhood. Samurai Jack is Back!

    It was a long time ago now. I'm glad I remembered who I made watch it with me so quickly. Do you have fond memories of this time or of Hinako? Those exercises sure leave little to the imagination....
    See the problem with watching anime with others is that you both need to be free and you both need to be active at the same time. Something a lot of us have trouble with nowadays. We need more new members. Where is our fresh blood?


    It is probably reasons like that which makes us have no new members........


    Anyhow I watched Master of Torque 3 and Epilogue today and it was just as average as I remembered the others being. I like that the official japanese channel had english subs but white subs on a white annotation background was a terrible choice. At least part 3 focussed on the bikes a bit more.
    I also started Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge the other day. I didn't really liked the first season [couldn't have since I watched it in 2015 but stopped after it] but I seem to be enjoying this one a bit more. The new op is a bit more fun too. maybe I am just a fan of Kamiya Hiroshi now that I have to watch it. Or maybe because 3- Gatsu no Lion finished today I needed a new dose of Shaft.

    Finished the baseball anime Battery a few days ago. I reccomend anyone to not watch it. There have been 2 good moments in the entire anime i'd say. The rest of the 11 episodes was terrible.

    Yesterday i finally watcher another episode of Detective Conan after over a year i think. Well i only watched 35 minutes of the 2 hour special episode. Gonna finish it soon and will be close to 100 Detective Conan episodes watched.
    Gonna pick up Taboo Tattoo after watching the Conan ep which i put on hold after 5 episodes.
