I believe I had this conversation with Mafiacow multiple times (though maybe about RWBY).

Anyway, there is a bit of subjectivity involved in the definition.

Funny, there is a similar discussion for people in Japan who watch Disney and our cartoons (yes, they exist -- mind boggling).

 

I agree with you. I think i've even posted in a thread on MAL forums to protest against that rule of not allowing Avatar. That's exactly why i would never throw an Avatar character out of these games and that probably goes for the previous hosts too as there's been Avatar characters in the past aswell.

But then again, Family Guy is animation too, so where to draw the line.

 

Just don't draw a line.

Because everything is anime.

Depending on how you draw the line, panty and Stocking might go out the window as well.

San: San is stubborn, short-tempered, courageous, and protective, her primary concern being to protect the forest & animals she lives with. She rejects her own humanity and seems to be quite misanthropic and thinks of herself only as a wolf. This is due to her being raised by the wolves which has lead her to feel anger & even hatred for humans.

Sinbad: Sinbad is the King of Sindria. He is a laid back and fun-loving person. Some would consider him quite a flirter and not above using him whimsical charms to get what he wants. Despite this, he can be serious and is viewed as a great & honorable king who is respected & admired by everyone, especially his subjects who he seems to consider as part of his family.
