Blood+ Discussion

So I just finished watching the first episode of Blood+.... so far I like where it is going!! I have high hopes for the rest of this anime!! And my god, the previews in the dubbed version are read out in Japanese xD

 

I watched it years ago. But it's still one of my favorites of all time. I'm a bit rusty on it though, but I can still give I good discussion on it for ya.

 

Just finished episode 3. I have to say some of the voice acting is a little stiff. But, I'm still enjoying it so far!!

 

A lot of what I remember are spoilers but from weeding through my mind. Episodes 1 - 3 where good from what I remember. I can't really comment on the voice acting since it has been so long.

But if I am remembering right episode 3 is when he takes Saya to his families grave. Am I remembering that right?

 

Yeah that's right @RodRule I have to say, the voice acting is a little stiff in places in the dub of Blood+. Plus, some scenes feel like they may have skipped a line or something. It feels like they move onto the next topic a bit too quickly. But, it could have been due to time constraints with trying to keep the mouth movement in sync with the dialogue.

 

Yeah, like I said it's been awhile since I have seen it so it's kinda hard to comment on the voice acting. I really need re-watch this.

 

Man episode 9 had so much product placement in it!! Playstation, Samsung!!

 

Solid Anime. Being my 1st ever completed series it was pretty good despite the gore in which im not much of a fan for but regardless the action is nice yes siree!

 

I like all the blood series, this one was prob my fav as far as plot goes

 

Blood Plus is alright so far. I am now 18 episodes in. Still have no idea what Diva is. I'm assuming it will turn out to be Saiya's sister or something. Also, it is taking them ages to travel

 

So I have seen 23 episodes so far... (I know it is taking me ages to get through this series, but I don't have much spare time/don't feel as motivated to watch anime these days)... But damn, the plot is getting exciting now!! Totally worth sitting through 22 episodes!!

Yeah I really like this anime. It was slow paced but in a good way I think. Those 50 episodes really made held their weight, not a wasted episode to be found. You certainly go a long way from the start. Several characters come and go, their plotlines fully explained. Not much was left unsaid by the end so the anime felt very complete. Highly recommend, good stuff and nice music (always a plus for me)

 

OK, so episode 24 was a bit silly after all that hype....

Deva just let them get away!? What the hell!? She could have killed them all on the spot!! Now it feels like it might get dragged out unnecessarily!!

 

Now I am finally half way through the series!! (Up to episode 25 now)!! It is getting good I think I will stick with this through to the end!! It's taken me forever to find enough time to watch it + feel motivated enough to watch anime recently. But, this series might get me back into my groove

 

Triple post for the sake of just finishing episode 32!! OH MY GOD!! What!? AHHH!!!! So much WOW, very much!!! Some messed up stuff!! What I have seen cannot be unseen!! O_O

 

I don't quite remember which episode it was but there was a certain episode that absolutely floored me somewhere at the point in the anime. I guess you must have just seen it. Can't blame you, it stuck with me for a while.

WHAT DEVA DID TO RIKU!? SCARRED ME FOR LIFE!!! I CANNOT UNSEE!!! ALSO, DEVA AND SAIYA ARE GOING TO HAVE A FINAL SHOWDOWN WITH DEVA? BUT, THERE IS LIKE 18 EPISODES LEFT TO WATCH!!

 

Just finished episode 34. Man, so anti-climatic now. It's almost like after episode 32 they really ran out of ideas for trying to extend the anime so just threw in some generic filler until they go back on the hunt for Deva...

 

I know exactly where your at. Take my word for it, the plot dragging out right now has a legitimate excuse. Just wait for it.

 

yeah your probably at the most dull part. It picks up don't worry
